You’ve been handed a lot of one off explanations.

The fatigue is stress. The weight is willpower. The mood swings are just your hormones. Each one gets its own shrug, and none of them ever get connected to each other.

Here’s what almost nobody tells you. Your symptoms aren’t scattered. They’re not random bad luck showing up in different places on different days. They are connected. And once you connect them, they point back to a system that’s under strain. Your blood sugar. Your cortisol rhythm. Your thyroid. Your hormones. Inflammation.

One symptom almost never has one cause. That’s why chasing each one separately feels like whack a mole. You fix the sleep and the fatigue is still there. You cut sugar and the brain fog doesn’t budge. You’re treating symptoms like they live in separate rooms when they’re actually all talking to each other through the same five systems.

I built something to help you see that picture instead of guessing at it piece by piece.

It’s called the Symptoms Decoder, and it’s a symptom to system map. You check off what you’re actually feeling across seven categories, from weight and energy to sleep, mood, thyroid signals, inflammation, and cycle changes. You score each one. And then you follow the dots to see which system is talking the loudest right now.

Because here’s the thing that changes everything once you see it. Your highest scores usually cluster around the same one or two systems, not seven different unrelated problems. That’s not a coincidence. That’s your body telling you exactly where to start.
